Initial designs for Aberdeen’s mobile site
The Maltings are Ogilvie Homes first top-spec apartment buildings, overlooking Carnoustie golf course. The apartments had to appeal to the right kind of people, not just in Scotland but across the UK as potential business lets. A brochure and website were created in classic black and gold to communicate the luxury aspect of The Maltings, and landscape photography was commissioned to show the natural beauty of the surrounding area.
